A big bag filling station is designed to fill flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs) with powders and granules at the end of a production line or downstream of a storage system. Sofraden Bulk designs these stations around a filling head with an inflatable sealing gasket, ensuring containment during filling and minimizing dust emissions at the filling point.
The choice of configuration depends on your product and container formats: a fixed filling head for a single size, an adjustable filling head to accommodate different dimensions, or an integrated line when throughput becomes the deciding factor. Each station can then be equipped with options suited to your process, including pre-inflation, compaction, weighing, dust extraction and automatic pallet discharge.
