How a Microdosing Unit Works
Dosing is based on an optimized Archimedes screw that conveys material in a steady, controlled flow. Three features contribute to the precision of our microdosing units:
- Integrated flow-assistance system — controls material entry and provides a stable supply for consistent dosing
- Flap shut-off valve — ensures complete sealing and further improves accuracy by preventing unwanted material flow
- Fully internally polished stainless steel body — minimizes material retention, which is essential when handling small quantities
